Let's talk add-on features.

There are a number of ways you can upgrade your business directly through your account.

These add-ons come at an extra cost but are not mandatory and not using them will in no way impact any of the features and services you signed up to use.

If, however, you are looking for more results for your business - check out these special offers we've integrated right into your account:

#1 - Email Verification (Highly Recommended!)

If your business relies on email marketing or a strong newsletter, you can now improve delivery rates and catch spam emails before they ruin your sender reputation.

To help you get an idea of how important this is, if just 1% of your email list is bad emails (fake, spam, not active anymore, etc...) it can decrease your email deliverability by 10%!

For just fractions of a penny, you can verify email addresses and maximize the effect of your email marketing efforts.

Simply head to Settings > Business Profile, scroll to the "General" section and check the box to enable this extra feature.

*Of all our add-on features, this is the one we would most recommend, as it costs almost nothing but can have a serious impact on your email marketing!

You can do the same with phone numbers, should you have set up a virtual phone number through your account. (see below)

#2 - Phone & SMS

Want a separate phone number for your new business to call and SMS with customers without signing up for a new SIM?

You can get a pay-as-you-go* digital phone number for your business for calling and texting through your account and associated app.

Head to Settings > Phone Numbers to get started.

*Costs are calculated based on local call/SMS prices

*Effective August 31, 2023: all SMS and MMS messages sent to U.S. phone numbers using 10DLC phone numbers will fail if not registered with an application-to-person (A2P) Campaign (Only required if you are sending SMS/MMS to US using a non Toll Free number)

#3 - Yext - SEO on Overdrive*

Yext lets you add and update your business profile across hundreds of online listing such as Google Maps, Apple Maps, Amazon Alexa, Bing Places, etc...

And businesses with complete, optimized location listings receive 52% more clicks from local search.

We'd like to repeat again that these add-on services are completely optional.

If you choose to take advantage of our phone, SMS, or email verification features, credit will automatically be added to your account based on the settings under Settings > Company Billing.

If you want to sign up for Yext, there will be a window for you to create and pay for a separate subscription with your credit card.
