These Done For You Services Terms and Conditions apply to all professional services provided by Full Scope in connection with its platform and related offerings.

By purchasing or using any Done For You service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Nature of Done For You Services

Done For You services are optional professional services provided by Full Scope to assist with setup, configuration, execution, maintenance, and optimization of systems within the Full Scope platform.

Done For You services may include, but are not limited to:

Domain and technical setup
Full account setup
Website or funnel design and build
Search engine optimization services
Setup and management of AI features
Account management and operator services
Bundled or managed service packages

Done For You services do not constitute employment, agency representation, or consulting beyond the defined scope of each service.

2. Scope of Services

Each Done For You service has a defined scope described on the applicable order page or service description.

Work outside the defined scope is not included and may require a separate agreement or additional fees.

Full Scope reserves the right to refuse tasks or requests that fall outside the purchased service scope.

3. DIY Tools vs Done For You Services

Full Scope provides both:

Do It Yourself tools and software access
Done For You professional services

DIY tools provide access to functionality only. Full Scope is not responsible for outcomes resulting from DIY usage unless a Done For You service has been explicitly purchased.

Done For You services involve execution by Full Scope or its delivery partners, limited to the purchased scope.

4. Account Setup and Website Services

Account setup, domain setup, and website or funnel build services are one-time services unless otherwise stated.

These services include configuration, testing, and delivery based on the information provided by the client.

Ongoing changes, redesigns, rebuilds, or expansions are not included unless explicitly purchased or covered under an Account Operator or bundled service.

5. Account Operator Services

Account Operator services provide ongoing execution and maintenance within the Full Scope platform.

5.1 Scope of Account Operator Services

Account Operator services may include:

CRM and pipeline management
Campaign and automation updates within existing structures
Website, funnel, and/or blog content updates using client-provided materials
QA checks and system monitoring
Task execution via a ticket or request system

5.2 Task Handling Rules

Tasks are handled sequentially and queue-based

Turnaround times vary based on service tier

Tasks must fit within the defined scope of the purchased tier

5.3 Unlimited Services and Fair Use

Where services are described as unlimited, this refers to unlimited requests, not unlimited simultaneous work.

All unlimited services are subject to fair use, queue-based delivery, and reasonable workload expectations.

Full Scope reserves the right to throttle, pause, or refuse requests that are abusive, excessive, or outside scope.

6. SEO Services

6.1 Managed SEO Services

SEO services are ongoing subscription services unless otherwise stated.

SEO services may include:

Keyword targeting and optimization
Content publishing
On-page and technical SEO improvements
Backlink acquisition
Monitoring and reporting

SEO performance depends on many external factors. Full Scope does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue.

Cancelling SEO services stops future work but does not reverse work already completed.

6.2 No Ranking Guarantees

Immediate ranking guarantees are not provided. SEO results vary based on competition, market conditions, and third-party platforms.

7. AI Services Disclaimer and Limitations

7.1 AI Employee Services

Certain Done For You services may include the setup, configuration, and training of AI-powered features, including but not limited to chat-based AI, SMS AI, and AI voice call handling (“AI Services”).

AI Services are configured using information provided by the client and operate on third-party platforms and models outside of Full Scope’s control.

7.2 No Guarantees of Accuracy or Outcomes

While Full Scope configures AI Services responsibly and with defined rules and guardrails, AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unexpected.

Full Scope does not guarantee:

Accuracy of AI responses
Specific business outcomes, leads, or conversions
That AI will behave exactly as intended in every interaction
Continuous availability or uninterrupted operation

AI outputs should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

7.3 Client Responsibility for AI Content

The client is responsible for:

Reviewing AI behavior and outputs
Ensuring AI responses are appropriate for their business
Providing accurate and up-to-date training information

Full Scope is not responsible for content generated by AI based on inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated client-provided information.

7.4 Human Oversight and Escalation

AI Services are designed to supplement human workflows, not replace human judgment.

Clients are responsible for:

Enabling appropriate human handoff and escalation
Monitoring AI interactions where required by law or regulation
Complying with local laws regarding automated communication, call recording, and consent

7.5 Third-Party Dependencies

AI Services rely on third-party providers, telecommunications platforms, and external AI models.

Full Scope is not responsible for:

Changes to AI capabilities
Service interruptions
Policy updates or pricing changes imposed by third parties
Limitations, suspensions, or errors caused by external platforms

7.6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Full Scope shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of AI Services, including but not limited to incorrect responses, missed inquiries, lost opportunities, or unintended communications.

Use of AI Services is at the client’s own discretion and risk.

8. Bundled and Elite Services

Bundled and Elite packages combine multiple Done For You services into a single offering.

Unless explicitly stated, bundled pricing applies only when services are purchased together and may not be retroactively applied.

Elite services may include priority handling, expanded scope, and bundled services subject to fair use and queue-based delivery.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information
Respond to requests required for service delivery
Maintain access credentials where applicable
Review deliverables within a reasonable time

Delays caused by missing information or unresponsiveness may affect delivery timelines.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Full Scope services rely on third-party platforms including hosting providers, domain registrars, search engines, directory platforms, and advertising networks.

Full Scope is not responsible for outages, policy changes, suspensions, or limitations imposed by third parties.

11. Fees, Billing, and Refunds

All fees for Done For You services are disclosed prior to purchase and apply only to the professional services provided by Full Scope.

11.1 Service Fees vs Usage-Based Costs

Done For You service fees do not include any additional usage-based, platform, or third-party costs that may arise from the configuration or use of certain features, including but not limited to:

Phone call usage or call routing fees
SMS or messaging usage
AI-related usage, conversation, or processing costs
Email sending, verification, or delivery costs
Third-party services, carriers, or integrations

Any such costs are billed separately according to the applicable Full Scope subscription plan, usage rates, or third-party provider terms.

By purchasing Done For You services, the client acknowledges that enabling features such as phone, SMS, or AI may result in additional charges beyond the Done For You service price itself.
