What are Full Scope's Done For You services?

Done For You services are professional services where our team handles setup, execution, and ongoing management inside Full Scope so you don’t have to do everything yourself.

Do I need an active Full Scope subscription?

Yes. All Done For You services are delivered inside Full Scope and require an active subscription.

Who are these services best for?

Done For You services are best for business owners who want a working system without learning the platform or managing ongoing execution themselves.

Who are these services not for?

These services are not a good fit for DIY users, budget shoppers, or anyone looking for unlimited strategy, consulting, or instant results.

How long does setup take?

Most one-off services are completed within 10 business days or less after onboarding information is provided. Timelines may vary depending on the service and the completeness of the information you provide.

Ongoing services such as SEO and account management have no "setup" timelines. We get to work right away and the work continues on your/the service's schedule.

What do you need from me to get started?

After purchase, you’ll receive an onboarding form and/or be contacted by our team requesting details, business information, and preferences. Work begins once onboarding is completed.

Can I request changes after setup is complete?

Generally, yes. Our one-time setup services include a 30-day window after first delivery where revisions can be requested. These revisions must be within the scope of the service and the information you deliver at the beginning of said service. If you decide, for example, after we build your website that your original idea for a minimalist black and white design should be replaced by rainbow colors and a lots of design elements, this would require a completely new website to be built and may incur new charges or a delay in the service provided.

Our ongoing services such as SEO and account management include ongoing changes and/or changes made by request through our ticketing system.

What is an Account Manager?

An Account Manager is a dedicated team member who manages your Full Scope account day to day and handles tasks that you submit through our ticketing system.

They handle updates, maintenance, and execution so your system stays organized and functional.

What does “unlimited” mean for Account Management services?

Unlimited means you can submit as many requests as needed. Requests are handled sequentially, subject to fair use and queue-based delivery. It does not mean unlimited simultaneous work or instant turnaround.

Are strategy, copywriting, or redesigns included?

No. Done For You services focus on execution and implementation. While we may advise on these things where we can - strategy, major redesigns, rebrands, and long-form copywriting are not included unless explicitly stated.

How does communication work?

One-off services are handled through email - no overly complicated communication systems or new apps you need to download.

For account management services, all requests and updates are handled inside your Full Scope account using our task management system. This keeps everything organized and ensures nothing is missed.

Can I cancel at any time?

Subscription-based services can be cancelled according to the terms shown at checkout.

One-time services are non-refundable once work has started.
